How it Works

When you register to begin online counselling, you will set up and use a new secure Privacemail account. Once this has been done you send your encrypted message to me at my Privacemail address - which I will give you later. I give personal, full hour replies. I do not give automated responses. 99% of the time I reply within 24hrs and always within 3 working days (Mon - Fri).

Once you have a secure Privacemail account and paid for your session(s), you can send an encrypted e-mail session to me as often as you want.

The Holiday Calendar shows statutory English holidays, study days and personal holidays.

Emergency Situations

Emergency situations, such as someone considering suicide or homicide, need immediate attention. I want to make sure you realize that, if any kind of emergency is happening where you are located, you will need to handle it without the help of Changing Lives Online Counselling Service. It just doesn't make sense to send me a message, hoping that I will be able to help you at that moment. I do check for incoming Privacemail messages regularly during office hours (Mon - Fri). I can definitely help you with what happens AFTER an emergency. But I am powerless to help you while the emergency is happening.
