2. After you submit your registration and problem description, you will be prompted to set up your PrivacEmail secure email address. You MUST set this up; otherwise your counsellor cannot respond to you securely.
3. Follow the instructions as they appear and you will arrive at your PrivacEmail Inbox.
Now you are ready to write a secure message!

Passphrase? Password? What's the Difference?
A passphrase is the same as a password, except that it can contain spaces so that you can write a phrase. Please note that your passphrase is CASE SENSITIVE. You will use your passphrase to login to your PrivacEmail secure e-mail account at www.PrivacEmail.com.
Generate some random numbers?? Move the mouse in the box?!?
This black box is used to create your secure keys using random numbers. Random numbers are generated when you scribble with your mouse. These secure keys are unique to you alone. They are stored "behind the scenes" so that you don't have to concern yourself with them.
This is the only time you'll need to think about your secure keys. They are used automatically when you login to PrivacEmail.com
Account setup taking too long?
Creating a PrivacEmail account may take a few minutes. If you are using a 56k (or slower) modem and/or your computer's CPU runs at less than 200 MHz, creating an account may take up to three minutes. It may seem as though your computer is doing nothing or is frozen. This is normal, as long as it does not continue for more than about 3 minutes. The delay is due to the behind-the-scenes methods we use to secure your connection using extremely high 2048-bit encryption.
Thawte Certificate?
A pop-up box may appear and advise you that a Thawte certificate is validating the authenticity of our PrivacEmail provider: Hush Communications Anquilla, Inc. If the box appears, go ahead and click "Yes."
