Technical Problems
Unfortunately from time to time technical problems can occur. The source of the problems can be from individual computers to servers, or even the Privacemail system.
If you are experiencing technical problems the first thing you need to do is restart your computer and then check that your own individual server is connecting you to the Internet. If you are unable to to connect to any web sites, then you will need to call your Internet provider.
If you can connect to web pages but Privacemail is unavailable, then please send me an e-mail to technicalsupport@counsellingchangeslives.com Usually I am already aware of the situation, and will always try to inform you of any problems by regular e-mail.
Office Hours
New clients who register for online counselling can expect a reply within 3 business days (Mon - Fri). However usually the reply is within 24hrs.
